 The content included in the essay had correct information with evident proper research techniques. The content included more information than what was asked for while still being relevant to the project.

The content included appropriate information and research by the author. The student included all the elements asked for in the assignment. 

The students attempted to research the locations, yet fell short and did not complete the process. Insufficient amounts of information are available.

 The information within the essay was not all relevant or correct for the given locations the student chose to include in their project.

 Organization

 

The organization of the essay was very clear and distinct. The essay was easy to read and had cohesive paragraphs with appropriate transition sentences.  

 The students had appropriate paragraphs with cohesive ideas distinct in each paragraph. The students essays were easy to read and had proper sentence structures.

The students lacked efficient paragraphs. The ideas were a bit out of order. Paper needs to be revised and rewritten. 

Paragraphs were not evident in the essay. Ideas were not organized in an efficient manner to facilitate reading the essay produced.

The poster is well organized and contains several elements of visual appeal. It is evident the students put much effort into creating the poster to represent the locations they chose. The student shows creativity in their work.

The poster contains appropriate and relevant elements of the project. It is evident the student has given thought into the production of the poster.

 The poster does not have visual appeal. The poster does not represent the time offered for the students to finish this portion of the project.

The poster had little to no relevant information or visual appeal.
